In this world of emerging skills, mastering our emotions is the biggest weapon we need for our better survival.

Emotional intelligence is when you better “understand” your emotions and then respond. The reaction at the peak of your emotions will always be destructive and people will more likely to consider you a weak person.

Emotional mastery does not mean that you have to suppress your emotions or ignore them, instead you have to recognize them, understanding their origin to use them in a constructive way.

Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.

Self awareness just simply means that you have to know your behavioral patterns in response to your thoughts.

Then you have to regulate your inner self in a way that you take a step back in your peak of emotions and evaluate them in a more calming way.

I know that this is very easy to say but much more difficult to apply in your personal life problems as taking a step back in peak of our emotions is the most challenging task.

But trust me, it’ll hurt you to core but this practice will give you immense amount of calmness and peace.

You just have to push yourself through the difficult situations and break the comfort zone you have created around…
